“A New Earth” by Eckhart Tolle gave me a whole new perspective on life and deep understanding of the ego.
When the ego is in balance its natural job is to protect us - to keep us away from any danger and simply to keep us alive. But I think we all came in touch with the downside of it.
Everything changed when I became aware of my own ego and somehow made friends with it.
To constantly observe and be in contact it inspired me so much - I had to dedicate an alien story to it.
